I'm going down for that one too.There's 7 of us this year and if it's as good as the last one it'll be superb.
Really chilled out crowd of most of whom were probably 40-50.
I suspect I'm going to have a monster of a hangover on the Monday.

Not really my bag, son. One place is a culture vacuum full of English pikeys who scrimp the pennies together to go and so do fuck all else throughout the year, the other place has a Butlins, which is not for me.

Done a couple of scooter ralies at Pontins (camber Sands)... they were a laugh... the staggy we had at Skegness Butlins was without doubt the worst weekend away ever... pile of old shit...

In 2008 I did All Tomorrow's Parties Nightmare Before Christmas curated by Melvins and Mike Patton.
It was in December at Butlin's in Minehead and it was FUCKING FREEZING!

Did Caister until the "10th Golden Caister" but that was back in 1983! Pete Tong was a DJ at early Caisters but he had the graveyard slots as no-one had a clue who he was then

Been to a few at Skeggy.
Last one was the bootleg ball. Which was great - some excellent tribute bands across a wide range
so good for the wives too I mean where else could you see AC/DC and TAKE THAT on the same bill!!

80s weekender at Minehead was superb. Ended up sneaking into the dressing room of Bucks FIZZ, nicked all their sarnies and smeared the word CUNT on the mirror in tuna as well.

did caister year on year back when it was for real and not full of fat grey cunts like these events are now.
I like the idea of ropey older ladies on a weekend away so might well take the plunge ;-)

Queens I did over 40 southports. Didn't like minehead though.
